This was a very interesting book. It explains how talent is not necessarily the most important part of success. But how hard you are willing to work. How long you are willing to stick with something, even if it is hard. I thought her research was very interesting. and she gave me a lot to think about. This is a great book for teachers, parents, or anyone who works with children. This is also a good book for anyone who is interested in becoming "gritter."
